Squad 11 is a 2004 Chevrolet ¾ ton 4x4 Suburban. Odyssey Specialty Vehicles completed the conversion into a multipurpose command unit. Squad 11 is used by the Penn Township Volunteer Fire Department as a quick response unit responding to assist on emergency medical calls, transporting manpower to emergency scenes, quick response to vehicle accidents, a command unit, and many other department functions.

Squad 11 carries the following equipment: Trauma Bag, Oxygen Bag, Lifepack AED, Hurst Mini Mate Power Unit with Maverick Tool, 9000 lb Electric Winch, Dual Head UHF Fire Radio, Dual Head VHF Radio, Dual Head Low Band Fire Radio, 4 UHF Motorola portable radios, Cellular Telephone, 2 Streamlight Lite Boxes, and a command board.
